Capital Square Taps Alyssa Haun as Associate GC in Richmond
Capital Square, a national investment sponsor specializing in tax-advantaged real estate offerings, has tapped Alyssa Haun as associate general counsel in the firm’s Richmond office.
Haun brings more than 20 years of experience as a commercial real estate lawyer to her role at Capital Square. Throughout her career, she has regularly provided counsel to investors, developers, non-traded REITs and other clients on the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of various types of commercial real estate. Additionally, Haun has represented lenders in the documentation and negotiation of real estate loans as well as advised clients on loan restructuring and foreclosure issues.
Prior to joining Capital Square, Haun was a partner in the real estate practice group of Moran Reeves & Conn, a Richmond-based law firm.

Prior to joining Connect, David was the editor of Northeast Real Estate Business magazine and Student Housing Business magazine at France Media as well as spending time freelancing for ESPN and the Associated Press in the fast-paced field of live sports event production. He is also an owner and investor in multifamily real estate in Atlanta, GA.
David currently resides in Atlanta and graduated from the College of Communication & Information at the University of Tennessee Knoxville.
