Capital One Names CRE Market Manager for New York

Capital One has named SVP Louis Rosado (pictured) as New York market manager of its Commercial Real Estate Group. Along with implementing the bank’s strategic plan for the market, he will oversee a team of relationship managers charged with loan and deposit production and capital markets origination.

“Lou is deeply versed in the New York market, and has significant relationships with real estate owners and operators across the region,” said Glenn Gallagher, Capital One’s national market manager. “Our customers can expect an appreciation of market nuances and a high degree of creativity and flexibility from his team.”

Rosado has 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate. He joined Capital One with the bank’s 2007 acquisition of North Fork Bank, and has executed over $3 billion in commercial, construction, and multifamily loans since then. Rosado has underwritten loans for a wide variety of property types, including hotels, offices and apartments.
