Capital Markets Veteran Morris Betesh Launches New Advisory Firm

Arrow Real Estate Advisors, a New York City-based real estate capital markets advisory firm, has launched under the leadership of managing partner Morris Betesh. The firm will provide services including sourcing permanent financing, construction financing, debt restructuring and raising joint venture equity across a diverse array of asset classes.

“Arrow Real Estate Advisors was founded with a clear vision: to bring innovative financial solutions and an unwavering commitment to our clients,” said Betesh. “Our team has decades of combined experience and a reputation for bringing an innovative and unique approach to real estate finance.”

The team includes managing director Justin Boruchov; SVPs Alex Bailkin, Morris Dabbah, Jack McPhail and Omar Ferreira; director Brandon Serota; senior associates Alex Ellman and Matt O’Hanlon; associates Louis Halperin and Jacob Petrovic; and analyst Shlomo Khoudari.

Before founding Arrow, Betesh was senior managing director at Meridian Capital Group, which he joined in May 2017. He previously held key roles as a director at Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets and a director of capital services at Massey Knakal Realty Services.

    About Paul Bubny

    Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism.
