Capital Group Secures Two Tenants at Maynard Crossing MXU Development
Capital Group Properties has secured two new retail leases at Maynard Crossing, a new 306,000-square-foot mixed-use development anchored by Market Basket in Maynard, MASS.
The new leases signed include fitness retailer F-45 and Maynard Family Dental, which will lease brand new storefronts at #9 and #15 Digital Way, respectively. Maynard Family Dental operates four other practices in the area. F-45 is a growing fitness franchise focused on team training and 45-minute group workouts. F-45 will occupy a 2,500-square-foot location adjacent to the CycleBar retail storefront at the development.
“At Maynard Family Dentists our mission is to change how people feel about the dentist by creating amazing experiences,” said Dr. Stephen Markowitz, DMD at Maynard Family Dental. “As soon as my team and I saw the Maynard Crossing development, we immediately knew this would be the perfect place for us to best care for our patients, team and the community of Maynard.”
