Capital Commercial Now Owns Bank of America Building

Capital Commercial Investments acquired the Bank of America building at 6400 Legacy Dr. in Plano, TX. The Austin-based buyer acquired the five-story, 231,479-square-foot building from the bank, itself. Also included in the transaction was an adjacent 16 acres.

The building once housed operations for Countrywide Home Loans, and is part of the Bank of America complex in Legacy Business Park. “The campus is four buildings, and we only purchased one,” Capital Commercial’s Doug Agarwal told the Dallas Morning News. He added that his company is looking for a long-term tenant for the building.

Jack Crews, Brad Enloe and Alexis Wolfe with JLL brokered the transaction.
