Capex Funding NYC Launches Platform

Capex Funding NYC, LLC, a boutique capital markets firm based on Staten Island, has launched publicly. The firm is led by three founders: Casandra Properties’ James Prendamano and Rob Nixon, and Peter Krasniqi, a vdteran of the media and technology space.

“We have taken countless projects from concept to completion over the years, the firm has become synonymous with white-glove service,” said Prendamano. “It was the natural next step to launch an independent capital solutions company.”

Capex is currently forming partnerships with lenders that share its vision and opportunity for disruption in the commercial lending space. The company will offer a comprehensive suite of financing options from new construction to multifamily.

“Each project has its own set of financing needs, be it short-term bridge financing or long-term securitized loans,” said Nixon. “Capex will have a solution for each project.”
