Cape Cod Bayside Resort Hotel Changes Hand 

Bayside Yarmouth LLC, managed by Jamsan Hotel Management has acquired Bayside Resort Hotel, a 128-room property in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts.  

Situated at 225 MA-28 near Hyannis, Boston, and Providence. Spanning 3.95 acres, the hotel offers amenities like indoor/outdoor pools, a fitness center, and meeting space. 

JLL’s team led by Alan Suzuki, Matthew Enright, and Emily Zhang managed the transaction.
