Canyon Partners Adds Equity to Offices at The Realm

Canyon Partners Real Estate LLC, headquartered in Los Angeles, invested $16.7 million of preferred equity to a joint venture with Bright Realty LLC. The financing is supporting the ground-up construction of Offices at the Realm, a nine-story, 236,631-square-foot office building in Lewisville, TX. The office building and ground-floor retail component is the first phase in Bright Realty’s 324-acre, mixed-use Realm at Castle Hills development.

Bright Realty officially broke ground on the Dallas suburban office property in June 2018, and delivery is scheduled for the middle of 2019. Other amenities will include a community lounge and patio, conference center, computer bars and fitness center. Colliers International is overseeing leasing the office space, while Bright Realty is managing brokerage of the retail and restaurant space.
