Canvas Worldwide Leases 18K SF at 75 Varick 

Canvas Worldwide, a full-service media communications agency, is establishing its New York City headquarters at 75 Varick in Hudson Square. The seven-year lease covers 18,149 square feet on the second floor.  

“Ultimately, we opted to stay at 75 Varick because it aligns with our growth ambitions. Its versatility complements our business’s dynamic expansion,” said Paul Woolmington, CEO of Canvas Worldwide.  

Hudson Square Properties, a joint venture of Trinity Church Wall Street, Norges Bank Investment Management, and Hines, manages 75 Varick Street, which offers modern office spaces, large floor plates, and a landscaped rooftop amenity space. Notable tenants include Harry’s Razors and Oscar Health. 

David Falk, Pete Shimkin, Jonathan Fanuzzi, Jon Franzel and Brittany Silver of Newmark led lease negotiations on behalf of Hudson Square Properties. Canvas was represented by Nick Farmakis of Savills.
