Canton 136K-SF Manufacturing Development Completed

Colliers has announced the completion of 135,600 square feet of purpose-built GMP/advanced manufacturing space in Canton, MA. The project was led by Jumbo Capital Inc. and certain funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management, with a Colliers team, including Kevin Hanna and Kevin Brawley, seeking a new tenant on behalf of the owners.

Situated on nearly 10 acres near I-93, the property at 30 Dan Road offers a core and shell construction with features like 34-foot clear heights, four loading docks, and 6,400 amps of power. The building is subdividable to 50,000 square feet and is located within the manufacturing corridor of Canton Commerce Center, providing access from Greater Boston and Cambridge.

“This purpose-built space is an opportunity to lease a top-of-the-line facility in a highly accessible and thriving corridor,” said Hanna. “The acquisition, conversion and expansion of this property will help meet the dynamic needs of advanced manufacturing tenants by offering space that aligns seamlessly with the sector’s expanding footprint.” The property underwent significant redevelopment back in July 2022.
