CanTex Capital and Stream Realty Partners teamed up to acquire two flex properties in Dallas’ Design District area. The properties at 2929 N. Stemmons Fwy. and 2929 Irving Blvd. total 92,000 square feet, across two contiguous land plots. The seller was listed as Stemmons-Irving Properties LLC, with Albuquerque and Dallas addresses.

CanTex has outlined an improvement and rebranding plan; the buildings will be upgraded, re-tenanted and renamed “Stemmons Design Center.” Hanes Chatham and James Mantzuranis of Stream Realty will handle leasing activities. Targeted tenants are those requiring warehouse, flex, showroom or medical space.
