Canopy by Hilton Boston Downtown has been awarded the branded category of ‘New Build of the Year’ at the Hilton Americas Development Awards. The award recognizes the achievements of owners, development partners, and hotel teams in the Americas.  

The Canopy Boston, officially opened in March 2022, offers various amenities, including the Rose Town Kitchen & Bar, a brasserie-style restaurant on the second floor with an open-air view of the neighborhood, and a Gordon Ramsay Burger restaurant that is set to open this summer.  

Olshan Properties partnered with CV Properties and Harbinger Development on the hotel’s construction. “We are truly honored to accept this award on behalf of our team at the Canopy Boston,” said Zachary Bornstein, president of Olshan Properties. “Since opening last year, the hotel has exceeded our expectations by becoming one of downtown Boston’s most popular destinations.”
