Cano Health Inks 15K-SF Medical Office Lease

Shawn Ackerman, president and managing member of Henry S. Miller Brokerage in Houston, represented the landlord, Fallas Borrower IV, LLC, in a lease with Cano Health for a 14,938-square-foot medical office space at Buena Vista Plaza, 100 S. Zarzamora St., San Antonio.

Aamil Sarfani with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Recently, Sarfani joined Foresite Commercial Real Estate.

Cano Health operates healthcare centers specializing in senior care and primary care for all ages. Along with primary medical care, Cano Health has specialty programs in the fields of venous medicine, arthritis, allergy, and weight loss. Cano Health’s parent company is Humana.
