Canarsie Retail Center in BK Sold for $12M 

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a retail center in Brooklyn for $11.7 million.  

The 26,260-square-foot, two-story retail property, located at 10504-10524 Flatlands Ave in Brooklyn’s Canarsie neighborhood, is fully occupied with five ground-floor tenants and a fully leased 12,000-square-foot second story, occupied by A+ Kidz Academy.  

The property includes anchor tenants such as 7-Eleven and Clean Rite and offers 15 parking spaces. It is situated near major retailers like KFC, IHOP, and CVS, as well as the Brookline Houses apartment complex, and benefits from a 15-year ICAP Tax Abatement. Scott Plasky and Alexander Arustamian of Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office represented the seller, and the buyer was a private investor.
