Canadian Investor Snags Seattle Office for $20M

Nicola Crosby Real Estate has acquired a five-story office building and two parking lots at 1107 N.E. 45th St. in Seattle’s University District, according to public records. The Vancouver, BC buyer paid $19.9 million for the property, known as the Salisbury Graham building. The asset is approximately a block west of a future light-rail station.

The records also show that the property was sold by University District Building LLC, an affiliate of Kidder Matthews, and is leased to the University of Washington. The asset, built in the early 1960s, has approximately 90,000 square feet of leasable space.
