Canadian Developer Ready for Spring Delivery

Rothner Highgates Group is close to completion on its 166-unit Willard at Preston Crossing apartment complex in Louisville, KY. The Toronto-based developer expects to deliver its first 50 units by early spring, with total completion taking place later in the year. Upon completion, the property at 4901 Oldshire Rd. will offer seven buildings with one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Rental rates have not been finalized, but according to Rothner Highgates’ Joseph Waldman, the apartments will lease for no less than $1 per square foot. Units will range from 980 to 1,508 square feet. Additionally, Willard at Preston Crossing will have a clubhouse with a fitness center, lounge with a fireplace, tenant office space and a splash park.
