Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies, headquartered in suburban Toronto, leased 25,000 square feet at 717 Harwood office tower in downtown Dallas. The building will be the site of the Canadian company’s U.S. headquarters, and Lone Wolf is asking Dallas for a $150,000 economic development grant to set up the new office. The company also applied for a grant from the Texas Enterprise Fund.
Lone Wolf is a real estate software and technology company, and has already started moving people into its downtown operations. “We are recruiting pretty heavily down in Dallas. It’s a great place for technology, and we are excited to be down there,” Lone Wolf’s Kate Annis told the Dallas Morning News. She added that the company plans additional expansion within the U.S. over the next few years.
