Campus Advantage Tapped to Manage SH Assets

Austin-based Campus Advantage has been awarded the management assignment of two purpose-built student housing projects under development in Austin (Skyloft) and Arlington, TX (Liv+). Both properties are expected to open in fall 2018, with pre-leasing to begin in summer 2017.

Skyloft, at 507 W. 23rd St., is a 22-story high-rise that will house approximately 677 students at the University of Texas’ West Campus. Amenities will include 24-hour study lounges, underground parking, a rooftop pool and fitness center and a media room. Johnson Trube & Associates is the developer.

Stark Enterprises is developing Liv+, a 789-bed development with amenities including a fitness center, pool, fire pits, pet park and a fresh market. The property at 1001 S. Center St. will house students attending the University of Texas at Arlington.
