Campus Advantage Tapped to Manage 1,249 Beds

Student housing owner Horizon Realty Advisors tapped Campus Advantage to manage two of its Class B properties in San Marcos, TX. The Austin, TX-based property manager is providing services for the 173-unit, 553-bed The Edge, and the 258-unit, 696-bed The Lodge.

The Edge, at 1740 Ranch Road 12 and The Lodge, at 1975 Aquarena Springs Dr. serve Texas State University. Campus Advantage will focus on improving support services and operations to the two properties, which were built in 1998 (The Edge) and 2001 (The Lodge).

The Edge offers one, two, three and four-bedroom units, with such amenities as a pool, computer center, gaming room, dog park, sand volleyball and basketball courts, fitness center and outdoor fireplace.

The Lodge also has one, two, three and four-bedroom units. Amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, on-site nail and hair salon, internet cafe, basketball and sand volleyball court, game room, business center, coffee bar, study rooms, and dog park.
