Campus Advantage Takes on Management of 567-Bed Moontower

Lincoln Ventures tapped Campus Advantage to manage its 166-unit, 567-bed student housing development, Moontower. The 18-story property at 2204 San Antonio St. is at University of Texas at Austin’s West Campus. Moontower is anticipated to be completed in fall 2020.

The property, designed by Gensler, will offer studios, as well as two, three, four and five-bedroom units. On-site amenities will include a fitness center (that includes a spin bike and yoga rooms), a rooftop pool, access to underground parking, and ample study space. Campus Advantage’s management plan includes community-focused programs and experiences.

“With this new development, we’ve gone the extra mile. It’s really going to elevate the student housing experience,” said Lincoln Ventures’ David Kanne.
