Campanelli Lands $38M for Boxborough R&D Space Expansion
Campanelli has obtained a $38.2 million construction loan from Cambridge Savings Bank for further expansion of The Park at Beaver Brook in Boxborough, Massachusetts.
The park, acquired by Campanelli in partnership with TriGate Capital in 2021, currently offers 486,985 square feet of research and development office space. The expansion includes a new food service amenity with Craft Food Hall, the relocation of TÜV Rheinland, and the addition of new tenants such as Medtronic. The financing will support the development of new facilities, infrastructure improvements, and the addition of food services.
Newmark’s Tyler McGrail, Torin Taylor, Michael Frisoli and Margaret Fee serve as the exclusive leasing agents on behalf of ownership at The Park at Beaver Brook.
