Cameron Brothers Acquires 300-Unit Lewisville Rental Community
Trinsic Residential Group has sold off the Aura Avant apartment complex in Lewisville. The buyer was Cameron Brothers. Newmark brokered the deal.
The property, with 300 units, will be renamed The Winslow as part of the Cameron Collection. Completed in 2024, Aura Avant was 92% occupied at the time of sale.
Amenities include a resident clubhouse with a serving kitchen and a game room, a fitness lounge with weights and a spin room, a pool with cabanas, a skylounge with a rooftop terrace and EV car charges.
Located along State Highway 121, the property provides direct connectivity to major employment centers, including Legacy West, Las Colinas, Plano and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
