Cambridge School Property Hits Market 

The former Matignon High School property in Cambridge is listed for sale. 

Located at 1 Matignon Road, the property, consisting of three buildings dating back to 1887 with art-deco architecture, occupies nearly four acres of land. The 337,181 square-foot site includes the former Matignon High School, its administration building, and a former convent leased by the International School of Boston, which underwent substantial renovation in 2016.  

Colliers is marketing the sale with a team led by James Elcock and John Real. “We are delighted to oversee the sale of this significant property,” said Elcock. “The existing educational campus and rich infrastructure make it an incredibly versatile asset, providing potential buyers with a cost-effective and advantageous investment in Boston’s flourishing real estate market.”
