Cambridge Associates Upsizes at 437 Madison

Global investment firm Cambridge Associates is relocating and expanding within the William Kaufman Organization’s 437 Madison Ave. in the Plaza District. The Boston-based firm is doubling its space from 5,000 to 10,191 square feet, while moving from the 22nd floor to the 39th.

“We are excited to be upsizing at 437 Madison,” said Jeff Blazek, regional head for New York at Cambridge Associates. “Our clients, colleagues and investment partners all value its location in the heart of Midtown, and we remain committed to our presence in New York for years to come.”
Michael Lenchner and Jack Brennan with Sage Realty, the leasing and management arm of WKO, represented ownership, along with the JLL team of Frank Doyle, David Kleiner, Cynthia Wasserberger, Andrew Coe and Georgina Cook. Alex Benisatto and Ryan Alexander of CBRE represented the tenant.
