Cambria Signs 27K-SF Industrial Lease in Dania Beach

Natural stone supplier Cambria signed a 27,379-square-foot industrial lease at I-595 Business Center in Dania Beach. The property is located at 3200 SW 30th Ave.

Built in 2018, the I-595 Business Center is 123,694 square feet and features dock-high loading, 32-foot clear heights, an ESFR fire safety system and LED lighting. With the lease signing, the warehouse and distribution center is now fully occupied.

Chris Metzger, Richard F. Etner Jr., Christopher Thomson and Matthew G. McAllister of Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner, MSG I-595 LLC, in the transaction. Wayne Schuchts and Bobby Benton of Avison Young advised Cambria in the lease negotiations.
