Burke38 is designed to meet 4-Star Built Green certification, with the project incorporating energy-efficient designs to reduce environmental impacts. “Burke38 represents a combination of sustainable design, community impact, and financial viability,” said Andy Wolverton, Managing Member, of Cambia Capital. “This project is an exciting opportunity to invest in Kenmore’s future while furthering our commitment to building a net-zero economy.”
