
Camber Property Group Closes on $23M Oakland Heights Apartments
Camber Property Group has acquired and preserved the Oakland Heights Apartments, a 106-unit affordable housing community in Manchester, Connecticut.
Partnering with the Community Preservation Corporation, Camber obtained a 20-year Housing Assistance Payments contract with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The property features a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom townhomes, with plans for deferred maintenance, sustainability upgrades, and energy efficiency improvements.
Cushman & Wakefield’s John Alascio, Alex Hernandez, Chuck Kohaut, TJ Sullivan and Jason Blankfein represented the borrower in the transaction. The Fannie Mae loan was provided by Greystone.
