Camber Development, Wheelock Capital Partners Buy $24M Industrial Building in Woburn
A joint venture between Camber Development and Wheelock Capital Partners has purchased a multi-tenant industrial building at 45 Industrial Parkway in Woburn, MA for $23.8 million.
Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company represented the seller in the sale and procured the buyer.
The 89,442-square-foot building sits on 4.58 acres near the junction of I-93 and I-95. The property was fully leased to three tenants at the time of the sale.
