Camber Development Partners, Wheelock Street Capital Fill Canton Manufacturing Facility

Boston, MA-based Camber Development Partners and Wheelock Street Capital have secured 100% occupancy at their 94,000-square-foot life sciences and advanced manufacturing property at 85 John Road in Canton, MA.

CBRE’s Doug Rodenstein, Chelsea Andre, Rachel Marks and Chris Mullen represented Camber Development Partners and Wheelock Street Capital plus the tenant in the lease transaction.

85 John Road will serve as new tenant 88 Acres’ new 30,000-square-foot production facility and will allow for significant growth coming out of its previous, 7,000-square-foot facility in Dorchester. Dacon Corporation, a Natick-based general contractor, was selected to oversee build out, and 88 Acres will take occupancy in March 2023.

“Despite the recent headwinds in the financial markets, we hold an even deeper belief in the strength and resiliency of our tenants and the health of Greater Boston’s manufacturing, life science and technology industries,” said Katie Speede, CEO of Camber Development Partners, which invests in life sciences, manufacturing and logistics properties.
