CAM International Claims 212K SF at Nashville’s Space Park South

CAM International, a Canadian-based auto parts distributor, signed a pair of lease renewals totaling 212,000 square feet at Space Park South business park in Nashville. The industrial property is held by Evergreen Industrial Properties and its parent, Ivanhoé Cambridge.

Ivanhoé Cambridge acquired the portfolio through its acquisition of Evergreen in 2017. The properties are located at 501 and 1016 Space Park South Dr.

Avison Young’s Sue Earnest, Buist Richardson and Sarah James represented the landlord. NorthStar Real Estate advised the tenant.

Earnest says, “Given the tightness in the Nashville industrial market and the tenant’s long-term presence in the space, we were able to secure a lease that brings its rental expenditure in line with today’s market rates. We are proud of the long-term relationship that we have had with this property, through multiple ownership changes, and look forward to continuing to create value for Ivanhoé Cambridge in markets across the country.”
