Cam Integrated Inks Deal for New HQ Space

Cam Integrated Solutions signed a new lease for 59,220 square feet at 17000 Katy Fwy. in Houston’s Energy Corridor submarket. The tenant, which provides engineering, procurement and construction services to the oil and gas industry, will move up the road from its current location at 11757 Katy Freeway.

Transwestern’s Justin Leighton, Branon Pesnell and Lonna Dorman represented the tenant in the transaction. Eric Anderson and Park Burkett, also with Transwestern, negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Insite Realty Partners LP. The 12-year-old, 175,000-square-foot 17000 Katy Freeway is situated in the 550-acre, master-planned Park Ten Office Park.

Leighton said the tenant liked the building’s location, access and visibility, “as well as the large, efficient floor plates that provided responsible economics.”
