Calzedonia has leased space at Empire State Realty Trust's 1333 Broadway, bringing the retail portion of the property to 100% occupancy

Calzedonia Lease Brings 1333 Broadway Retail to Full Occupancy

Italian legwear and beachwear brand Calzedonia USA, Inc. has joined the retail roster at Empire State Realty Trust’s 1333 Broadway. With the new 902-square-foot lease, all retail spaces at 1333 Broadway are now fully leased.

Calzedonia will join Urban Outfitters, Dr. Martens, and Shake Shack at the location across from the flagship Macy’s store. Located along the Broadway pedestrian plaza, 1333 Broadway benefits from prime foot traffic and convenient access to major transportation hubs.

Alex Manopla of Kassin Sabbagh Realty represented Calzedonia in the lease negotiations. Posniak and RIPCO’s Andrew Mandell, Morgan Singer and Sam Matorella represented ownership.
