Alternative investment management firm Hunter Street and alternative investment manager Mana Investments just announced that California-based Calson Management purchased nine parcels of land in the Well at Sunset, an office and lifestyle complex, in Livermore, California.
“We’re excited to watch the Calson team continue the project and complete our vision for a high-quality housing facility,” Sean Rohland, managing director at Hunter Street, said. “We know this addition will be a value-add, not just for The Well at Sunset, but also for the wider Livermore community.”
The land has already been approved for the development of a 130,000 square-foot, 128-unit, senior housing project. Construction is expected to begin later this year.
The housing development will include including memory care, independent living and assisted living units. The project will also preserve green space and walking trails. It is scheduled to open in late 2024.
