Callahan Construction Begins Work on 139K-SF Waltham Lab Project
Callahan Construction Managers has started work on 300 3rd Ave., a new 139,000-square-foot life science development in Waltham, MA.
The project will feature four stories of flexible and customizable office and laboratory space with 5 levels of parking, two above grade and 3 below as well as a mechanical penthouse. The building is designed by DiMella Shaffer and owned and developed by Lincoln Property Company. The property will feature a poured concrete foundation with a steel frame concrete deck. The property will include an on-site shuttle that will transport tenants to and from the MBTA station located in Waltham center and is slated for completion in January 2022.
