Callahan Completes Construction on 77-Unit Condominium Project in Hingham

Callahan Construction Managers completed Brio, a five-story, 77-unit condominium project located at the historic Shipyard in Hingham. The project was developed by A.W. Perry and Boston Andes Capital.

Brio is situated on a previously unoccupied section of the Shipyard and overlooks the marina. The 160,000-square-foot building is adjacent to a number of restaurant and retail options. Units at Brio range from $500,000 to $1.3 million. Amenities at the complex will include bike and kayak storage, a dog run, pet washing station and a lobby with a fireplace and living room seating.

“Brio required a great deal of coordination, given the location and high-end design of the property, and Callahan certainly delivered,” said Robert King, vice president of acquisitions at A.W. Perry. “Callahan’s previous experience working in the Shipyard paid off, and we were able to open both ahead of schedule, and under budget.”
