A 91,872-square-foot call center in Miramar, FL sold to ATCG, LLC for $22.8 million. Seller Green Meadows Miramar LLC was represented by Cushman &Wakefield’s Dominic Montazemi, Scott O’Donnell and Greg Miller.

Situated on 11 acres at 15800 S.W. 25th St., the building is 100% occupied by Comcast, which hosts more than 800 employees at the site. Comcast leased the building through 2026, and self-manages the property. Green Meadows Miramar LLC and Comcast invested $3 million in the property last year, improving the overall finish and adding employee amenities. More build-out is anticipated, and will include high-tech training rooms and demonstration laboratories.

The building delivered in 2000 in Miramar Business Park. Once the asset is built out, Comcast will fully staff the site, making it the largest employer in Miramar.
