Cali’s CREXi Expands to NYC

CREXi, the online real estate market platform, has expanded to the northeast with the opening of a New York office, as well as several key hires. Christina Host, formerly of Cushman & Wakefield, will handle operations in the new office.

The Venice, CA-based CREXi also appointed Doug Shankman and Paul Cohen to boost the company’s presence in the western and southeastern U.S., respectively. Shankman came to CREXi from JLL, while Cohen came from his privately held real estate firm.
