Anything Liquid Relocates from Cal to Texas

California Pharma Company Moves Operations to Fort Worth Area

It’s not just Tesla and Oracle who have moved their headquarters to Texas. Anything Liquid Manufacturing, and their ten employees, has acquired an 18,242 office/warehouse in the Richland Hills area between Fort Worth and Dallas, and will move their company to the new site. Bradford Commercial represented the buyer.

The company is an online pharma company specializing in liquid dietary supplement manufacturing, sales and distribution. Most companies who make the switch, give the credit to the difference in corporate tax. Texas has no corporate income tax, while California’s is 8.84%. Texas economic development officials say that as many as 100 businesses have left California for Texas in the last three years.

The site, on 1.19 acres, is in the Midway Industrial Park. The company is planning the relocation from its current plant in Carlsbad, California to take about two months.
