- Cresa announced that veteran broker Bart Pucci has joined the firm as a Managing Principal. He will be based in the firm’s Century City office. An industrial and creative office specialist for more than 30 years and one of Southern California’s top real estate professionals, Pucci advises clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of large, complex real estate transactions. He joins from Savills.
- Sares Regis Group of Northern California has promoted Drew Hudacek, CIO, and Dave Hopkins, president of development, who each assumed the title of co-CEO. Hudacek joined Sares Regis in 1999, Hopkins in 2007.
- American Healthcare REIT, Inc. announced that Ann Lacey has joined the Company as EVP – Senior Housing. Lacey joins AHR from Artemis Real Estate Partners, where she served as Managing Director, Healthcare. Separately, AHR has hired Jon Crosier as CTO and has appointed Aric Chang as CFO.
- CIM Group announced that Adam Lerer has joined the firm as Managing Director, Investments. He will focus on sourcing, structuring, and executing new opportunities for CIM’s real estate strategies while helping grow the firm’s Real Estate Equity platform. Previously, he served as head of Special Situations Group, America at PIMCO Real Estate.
- First American Financial Corporation announced that Sally French Tyler, president of First American Title Insurance Company, was named a winner of HousingWire’s 2026 Vanguard Award. Tyler joins an exclusive group of two-time winners of the award, as she was previously recognized in 2024.
- TrustPointAI, an innovation leader in asset and portfolio management technology for construction, renovation, bridge, and land development lending, appointed Shannon Norris as Head of Client Relationships. Norris will lead TrustPointAI’s growing client relationship team.
- Motif, a software company focused on building design, has introduced Motif Design, its flagship software platform that helps architects, engineers, and builders navigate the growing complexity of building design. The agent-native platform combines building modeling and documentation in an open, collaborative workspace where designers and AI agents work directly on the same live project.
- 1031 CF Properties, a sponsor of senior housing Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs), has launched Senior Housing DST 12. The offering features Oaks at Eagle’s Landing, a 122-unit independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Stockbridge, Georgia, in the fast-growing Atlanta metropolitan area. Senior Housing DST 12 is the twelfth senior housing DST program sponsored by the firm and its affiliates since 2018.
