  • Trinity Investments, a private real estate investment firm specializing in global hospitality and real estate opportunities, appointed JoAnne Halligan as CFO, succeeding Kervin Hayashi. Based in Los Angeles, Halligan will oversee Trinity’s finance, accounting and treasury functions and work closely with the firm’s leadership team to support strategic initiatives across its global platform. 
  • Metro Services Group, a Bay Area-based provider of janitorial, engineering and environmental services, has added three accomplished professionals to its expanding Southern California leadership team based in Los Angeles. They include SVP Ivan Arias, VP Steve Clark and branch manager Enna Ibarra. Among them, they bring more than 65 years’ experience to Metro Services Group. 
  • Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, announced Keith Malloy has been promoted to director, civil engineering, based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. In his new role, he will focus on growing Ware Malcomb’s civil engineering practice in the Los Angeles region, building a high-performing team, and partnering with leadership to advance the firm’s goals. 
  • SPF:a, an award-winning architecture firm, has hired Alex Anamos as business development manager. With more than 19 years of experience in design, practice management, and strategic growth, Anamos will lead efforts to develop strategic partnerships, strengthen and build client and relationship management, and advance the firm’s presence. 
  • Prince Street Partnersa privately held real estate investment and development firm that acquires, repositions, and develops high-quality assets across Northern California and Western U.S., is seeking a Sr. Associate, Investments in Menlo Park, CA.  The Associate will lead execution on new acquisitions and developments, as well as asset manage a portfolio of Office, Life Science, and Multifamily investments.  The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience working on investments, developments, and value-add repositioning.  Executive search firm RETS Associates is handling the search. Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
