- Pamela Ambler has been appointed managing director, international capital and strategic transitions, a newly created role within JLL’s U.S. Capital Markets business. Based in San Francisco, Ambler will focus on strengthening global institutional capital engagement and distribution across JLL’s most complex U.S. transactions. Ambler spent the past four years in JLL’s Singapore office leading the firm’s Asia Pacific Investor Intelligence platform as a senior advisor and spokesperson for the Capital Markets business.
- LTC Properties, Inc., a REIT specializing in seniors housing and healthcare properties, announced that Pam Kessler and Clint Malin, co-presidents and co-CEOs, have been elected to its Board of Directors, increasing the total number of directors from six to eight, five of whom are independent. Kessler and Malin have each spent more than two decades at LTC and have served as co‑presidents since May 2020 and co-CEOs since December 2024.
- Zacua Ventures, a global early-stage venture capital firm focused on the physical industries, announced construction industry veteran Gonzalo Galindo Gout has joined the firm as a senior advisor. Most recently, Galindo Gout led innovation efforts for CEMEX, a leading multinational provider of cement, concrete and construction materials.
- Progressive Real Estate Partners announced that Lance Mordachini has been promoted from VP, investment sales to SVP, investment sales. Mordachini specializes in representing owners in the sale and acquisition of retail properties throughout the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley markets. He is currently pursuing hs CCIM designation.
- Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. announced the closing of its amended and restated $5.0-billion unsecured senior line of credit. The amendment extends the maturity of the facility to January 2032 and reduces the applicable borrowing margin, reinforcing Alexandria’s disciplined and proactive management of its strong and flexible balance sheet.
- CPP (Community Preservation Partners), a mission-driven national affordable housing developer, has surpassed $5 billion in affordable housing acquisitions and investment since its founding in 2004. The milestone caps more than two decades of steady national growth and marks the start of the company’s next chapter.
