  • Occupier-centric commercial real estate firm Cresa announced that Will Adams has joined the firm as a managing principal to lead the Century City office and oversee strategy, client service and growth initiatives. Adams represents tenants across various industries throughout the greater LA area, including legal, healthcare, financial, and entertainment. He joins Cresa from Newmark, where he was an executive managing director, and previously held senior positions at CBRE and Savills. 
  • SURMOUNT, the unified full-service commercial real estate net lease platform built through the consolidation of leading net lease advisory brands NNN Pro, STNL Advisors and UGDC, appointed Kyle Gulock as managing director, investments, marking the firm’s first brokerage hire in California ahead of the opening of the SURMOUNT Los Angeles office. Gulock has closed more than $1 billion in net lease transactions across nearly two decades in the commercial real estate industry, most recently serving as co-founder and managing partner of Century Partners. 
  • Crusoe, a vertically integrated AI infrastructure provider, appointed Matt Field as chief real estate officer as it scales its network of physical infrastructure for the artificial intelligence sector. Field joins Crusoe after more than three decades at San Francisco-based developer TMG Partners, where he was most recently a vice chairman. 
  • San Diego-based Interior Logic Group (ILG), a provider of interior design and finish solutions for the building industry, announced that Alan Davenport is returning to lead ILG as CEO. Davenport previously spent more than a decade with ILG, including eight years as CEO. He succeeds Jon Weldon, who has served as interim CEO since June. Weldon will transition to a senior operations role, reporting to Davenport. 
  • In celebration of its 35th year, Jamboree Housing Corporation will debut its Jamboree Legacy Award, intended to recognize visionary leaders whose work has significantly advanced housing affordability and community well-being. The inaugural award will be presented to Irvine Mayor Larry Agran, who will receive the Legacy Award during Jamboree’s 35th Anniversary Gala on Saturday, Oct. 18, at AV Irvine.   
  • ExchangeRight announced the full subscription of Net-Leased All-Cash 14 DST, a $23.3- million debt-free portfolio of net-leased real estate. The offering consists of four long-term net-leased properties tenanted by Wawa, Dollar General, Tractor Supply and Dollar Tree, with an initial weighted-average lease term of 11.3 years. The portfolio spans 74,736 square feet across Texas, Alabama and Pennsylvania.
