  • Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. has promoted John Nahas, the company’s current managing director of operations, to COO, effective April 1, in conjunction with Laura Clark’s previously announced appointment to CEO. As COO, Nahas will continue to oversee the company’s operations and investment functions including asset management, development and construction, leasing and property management.   
  • Realty Income Corporation announced that its EVP, chief legal officer, general counsel and secretary, Michelle Bushore, is leaving the company. To ensure a smooth transition, Bushore will continue to serve in her role through Sept. 2, while the company conducts a search for a new chief legal officer. 
  • WNC said its president and CEO, Will Cooper, Jr., has been appointed chairman of BUILD-PAC, the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) bipartisan political action committee. BUILD-PAC is dedicated to electing pro-housing, pro-business candidates to federal office and plays a vital role in advancing the home building industry’s advocacy priorities on Capitol Hill. Cooper was installed as Chairman during NAHB’s 2026 International Builders’ Show in Orlando on Feb. 18. 
  • Green Street, a provider of commercial real estate intelligence, data, and predictive analytics, has integrated Placer.ai foot traffic data into the Green Street platform in the U.S. The partnership brings industry-leading visitation analytics directly into Green Street’s ecosystem, strengthening its location intelligence capabilities. 
  • Arixa Capital has introduced its Mini Perm financing solution for completed or stabilized residential projects. The program allows builders, developers, and operators to refinance construction debt into bridge loans with no prepayment penalty and no minimum interest payment. Sponsors can manage the timing of their property sales or refinance when market and project conditions align, ensuring sponsors can move forward on their own timetable, the company said.
