  • Colliers has added industrial broker Brad Fox to its Orange County & Inland Empire brokerage. Known for his hands-on approach and strong relationships with owners, developers, and industrial users, he brings more than 12 years of transaction experience across sales, leasing, land assemblage, and site selection in one of the nation’s most competitive logistics markets. 
  • Dan McGue, a real estate investment broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty in San Francisco, has been ranked No. 1 nationally in the company for 2025, earning membership in the Coldwell Banker Commercial 1906 Club, the brand’s highest professional honor. McGue also ranked No. 1 in the state of California and No. 1 nationally in the multifamily specialty for Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates.  
  • Procore Technologies, Inc., a global provider of construction management software, has made two executive leadership appointments. Rachel Pyles joins Procore as CFO designate and Walt Hearn joins as chief revenue officer designate. Pyles will succeed Howard Fu as CFO and treasurer and Hearn will succeed Larry Stack as CRO on April 1, when Fu and Stack will move into strategic advisory roles to support a smooth transition. 
  • SRS Real Estate Partners has opened a new office in Santa Barbara and hired veteran retail advisor Mike Hieshima as SVP and principal. Caden Westwick has also joined the team as an associate. Hieshima brings nearly four decades of retail real estate experience and will lead the Santa Barbara office. 
  • RSG 3-D, a building system designed for multi-disaster resilience and life-cycle sustainability, announced that David Shew has joined as VP of insurance and government affairs. Shew will help guide RSG 3-D’s engagement with insurers, local and state government, public agencies and policymakers, while supporting broader efforts to advance more resilient, durable and future-ready approaches to rebuilding in disaster-prone communities. 
  • Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) appointed Carlos Prieto, DrPH, MBA, FACHE, as the hospital’s chief operating and strategy officer. Prieto will oversee day-to-day operations and strategy for ARMC, assuming this new role after serving as acting COO since November 2025. 
  • Crexi, a leading commercial real estate data platform and marketplace, today announced a strategic partnership with rental marketplace Dwellsy. Crexi Intelligence now integrates Dwellsy rental data directly into the Comps & Records experience, delivering granular unit, property, and market-level rental insights for multifamily assets, empowering commercial real estate professionals to value properties, underwrite transactions, and validate investment assumptions more efficiently. 
  • Butlr, a leader in physical AI (PAI) technology, and Disruptive Technologies, a pioneer in delivering ultra-reliable wireless data insights, have formed a partnership that combines technology and go-to-market initiatives. The intent is to provide commercial real estate and facilities management professionals with data and insights on building and operational efficiency that result in lower costs, smaller carbon footprints, better asset control and greater tenant satisfaction.
