  • Cushman & Wakefield announced the return of three senior professionals to its Valuation & Advisory platform, including Chris Sonne, based in Southern California; Greg Becker, MAI, MRICS, based in Tampa; and Chris Lassiter, based in Nashville. All return as executive directors, expanding Cushman & Wakefield’s presence across Southern California and the Southeast. 
  • City National Bank appointed Lindsay Dunn to EVP, head of Personal & Business Banking. In this role, Dunn will lead the bank’s branch network, personal banking, small business and business banking teams. Dunn joined City National in 2005 as a relationship manager in the real estate group and for the last five years, served as EVP, head of Commercial Real Estate Banking.   
  • American Healthcare REIT, Inc.  announced leadership appointments that build on a decade of stability while accelerating the Company’s focus on platform-enhancing strategies as it enters its next phase of growth and value creation for stockholders. Jeff Hanson has been named the CEO, while continuing as chairman of the board. Gabe Willhite has been elevated to president, in addition to his ongoing role as COO. Danny Prosky, who had served as president and CEO since the company’s formation, has retired from his executive role and continues to serve as a member of the Board of Directors and as an advisor to the management team. Scott Estes, an independent member of the board, has been appointed lead independent director. 
  • Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, continues the expansion of its recently launched Downtown Los Angeles office with the addition of Hayden Eaves as Executive Vice President and Kristen Sullivan as Vice President. Joining Stream from Avison Young, the commercial real estate professionals further strengthen the firm’s growing Los Angeles platform, expanding the firm’s expertise advising financial institutions, corporate occupiers, property owners, and businesses across a broad range of real estate strategies. Also joining Stream’s Los Angeles office is Jill Bartolome as Senior Brokerage Coordinator. 
  • Gantry, the largest independent commercial mortgage banking firm in the U.S. is reporting $2.2 billion of commercial mortgage production through H1 2006, representing a 47% year-over-year increase for the period. The debt markets remain active and accessible across the full spectrum of lenders with allocation commitments holding strong. Gantry is currently seeing no slowdown in client loan demand and anticipates that momentum continuing into Q3 2026.
