  • Crexi, a leading commercial real estate data platform and marketplace, appointed David Lee as chief revenue officer. Lee will focus on scaling Crexi’s revenue by expanding marketplace monetization, accelerating enterprise and strategic partnerships, and building predictable, sustainable revenue. 
  • Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP, a leading full-service law firm specializing in real estate, has elected attorneys Scott Laes and Jamie Sprague to the firm’s partnership. Both are accomplished litigators whose practices span commercial real estate, complex business disputes, construction disputes, environmental and land use matters, insurance recovery, landlord/tenant disputes, and labor and employment litigation.
  • SRS Real Estate Partners has added a market-leading industrial team in San Diego. Mike Erwin and Tucker Hohenstein join SRS Industrial as EVPs, alongside Hank Jenkins, who joins as VP. The team arrives from Colliers and brings decades of experience advising institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals 
  • Reynolds & Brown, a market-driven real estate development and management company, has recently hired Luyen Pham as Vice PresidentAsset Management in Concord, CA. She will be responsible for driving portfolio performance through strategic leasing, marketing, property management, and asset-level oversight of a 1.8MSF+ portfolio. Luyen had previous stints at Paceline Investors, Tishman Speyer and Blackstone. Executive search firm RETS Associates handled the search. 
  • Hilton has appointed Luis Plascencia as general manager and Nayiri Ozbardakci as director of sales & marketing for the newly opened Hilton Arcadia Los Angeles, establishing the hotel’s leadership team. With more than 40 years of combined hospitality experience across operations, marketing strategy and pre-opening leadership, they will oversee the hotel’s launch, guide day-to-day operation, and drive the property’s performance as it establishes itself as the newest full-service Hilton in the San Gabriel Valley. 
  • Interior Logic Group, a provider of interior design and finish solutions for the building industry, announces the return of four former senior leaders to the firm as part of a strategic alignment with Compass Interiors, a Colorado-based company specializing in quality interior finish products and local installations. Rejoining ILG are Jason Cook, former founder and regional president of ILG, as executive advisor; Matt Callahan, former founder and regional president of ILG, as executive advisor; Greg Liesemeyer, former regional president of ILG, as regional president, Central; and Eddie Daly, former SVP of regional operations, as SVP of operations, Central. 
  • RCLCO Fund Advisors (RFA), a leading real estate investment consulting firm, is looking to hire a VP of Portfolio Analytics & Investment Reporting to be based in Denver, CO or Los Angeles, CA.  The VP will lead all portfolio, investment financial analysis, and reporting efforts across multiple institutional real estate portfolios as well as oversee a growing team.  The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial management and accounting principles, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.  Executive search firm RETS Associates is handling the search.
