  • Tetra Tech, Inc., a leading provider of high-end consulting and engineering services in water, environment, and sustainable infrastructure, announced that Jeffrey R. (Jeff) Feeler, former chairman, CEO and president of US Ecology, has been appointed to the company’s board of directors. He will serve on the audit committee and the compensation committee. 
  • Christian Gomez, Assoc. AIA, has been promoted to project manager in Taylor Design’s Los Angeles office. Gomez has nearly a decade of experience in client relationships, OSHPD coordination and navigating complex phased work. 
  • Geraci LLP, a leading law firm serving the private lending industry nationwide, has launched its Property Damage Law Division, spearheaded by Jasmine Daya, a civil litigation lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in insurance law claims and personal injury. 
  • Balboa Real Estate announced that Alejandro R. Hernandez, a New York–licensed attorney, real estate broker, and business advisor with more than two decades of experience, has joined the firm’s Kreative Luxe team with Kiana Gao. Hernandez will represent buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions while also providing senior-level transaction advisory and coordination support under the supervision of the Broker of Record.

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. In this capacity, he oversees daily operations while also reporting on both local/regional markets and national trends, covering individual transactions across all property types, as well as delving into broader subject matter. He produces 7-10 daily news stories per day and works with the Connect team and clients to develop longer-form content, ranging from Q&As to thought-leadership pieces. Prior to joining Connect, Paul was Managing Editor for both Real Estate Forum and GlobeSt.com at American Lawyer Media, where he oversaw operations at both publications while also producing daily news and feature-length articles. His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
