- Kidder Mathews has made several executive moves across Northern and Southern California. Kevin Held has joined Kidder Mathews as SVP in its San Diego office. Held brings more than 25 years of experience in net lease investment sales and retail real estate and has been involved in more than $3 billion in net leased investment sales transactions over the course of his career. In the company’s Silicon Valley office, Kidder has added John Kovaleski, David Buchholz, SIOR and Alex Kovaleski, all joining from Colliers. The team specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial/industrial properties throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area. In Sherman Oaks, Kidder has appointed Fred Aframian as managing director. He has served as SVP with the firm since 2021 and has brokered more than $500 million in investment sales during his career. Finally, Jonathan Steier has joined as VP in the firm’s Sherman Oaks office. He brings more than 25 years of experience specializing in retail leasing and investment sales throughout greater Los Angeles, with a primary focus on the San Fernando Valley.
- DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services appointed Chris Migliori as the firm’s president following a decades-long brokerage career with DAUM, where he has served as an EVP and principal based in the firm’s Newport Beach office. To date, Migliori has closed more than 1,500 transactions exceeding 50 million square feet throughout Orange County and surrounding areas of Southern California. Michael Nubel, who served as president since 1993 and will remain chairman and CEO, is working closely with Migliori and CFO Bob Bothamley throughout the transition.
- Gilbane Building appointed Dr. Brett Mitchell, Ed.D, M.Ed, CBO, DBIA, as senior director, business development. He will spearhead strategic growth initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and expand Gilbane’s presence across the West Division.
- Pegasus has appointed Jason Lawit as managing director of strategic partnerships, a newly created senior leadership role. Lawit will lead the development of strategic partnerships with registered investment advisors (RIAs), wealth management firms, family offices and trust companies nationwide.
- Lunada Rose Partners has welcomed Macrae Carden as an associate, where he will support the firm’s investment platform across acquisitions, asset management, portfolio strategy and financing. In this role, Carden will work closely with leadership to help execute Lunada Rose’s growing pipeline of industrial and value-add investment opportunities.
- Nomad Temporary Housing announced the return of Michael James to its team. James brings a wealth of experience, deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships, according to Nomad.
- Huntsman Architectural Group has promoted two individuals to principal and elevated an existing principal to the firm’s board of directors. Iris Chan and Karie Vagedes have been promoted to principal, while Nicole Everett has joined the board.
- Hotel Nia, an Autograph Collection Hotel in Menlo Park, appointed Benjamin Duverge as general manager. Duverge brings more than 20 years of senior hotel leadership experience across city hotels, lifestyle properties and destination resorts.
- PURE Property Management and HomeRiver Group have merged, operating as PURE HomeRiver. Combined, PURE HomeRiver manages over 40,000 single-family rental properties across 80-plus local offices in 200-plus markets and adjacent cities across more than 35 states.
