  • Colliers has added Stan Kwak, Selden McKnight, Zac Kolander and Jordan Haynes to its Irvine brokerage. Specializing in Industrial agency and tenant representation, investment sales, leasing, and development advisory, the team advises clients on acquisitions and dispositions, leasing strategies, and ground-up and redevelopment opportunities. Joining Colliers from Voit Real Estate Services, Kwak and McKnight will serve as SVPs, Kolander as associate VP and Haynes as senior associate. 
  • Newmark has added two executive vice chairmen to its Occupier Solutions platform in San Francisco. Jenny Haeg joins as a consistently top-ranked advisor in the technology sector, while Nathan Zoucha brings more than 25 years of experience exclusively advising technology and artificial intelligence companies. 
  • Patrick McGrath has joined CBRE as executive managing director of the firm’s South Bay office. McGrath will lead the market strategy, operations, and growth across the South Bay region. Previously, he served as chief information officer and president, West Region at Savills North America. 
  • SRS Real Estate Partners has continued the expansion of its Industrial platform with the addition of three industrial professionals in its Newport Beach office. Nathan Demosthenes and Matt Peters join SRS as VPs from Cushman & Wakefield and Voit Real Estate Services, respectively, and Brody Shemansky joins as an associate, also from Cushman & Wakefield. 
  • Santa Ana-based Consolidated Analytics has expanded its sales development and product innovation teams, strengthening its ability to help lenders, servicers, and investors navigate capacity constraints while reducing costs and improving efficiency through expertise and technology.  The sales development team has added Mark Tague and Arvind Sinha. On the product side, Consolidated Analytics has hired Darlene Swain and Stefan Pampulov
  • Green Street has launched College House Sales Comps, an enhanced feature delivering deeper, data-driven, property-level insights for the U.S. student housing sector. Following up on Green Street’s 2025 acquisition of College House, the new platform enables users to evaluate transactions with greater granularity, precision, and confidence, according to Green Street.
