  • SURMOUNT, a leading full-service net lease real estate advisory and investment platform, announced that Scott Budzenski has joined the firm as managing director, capital markets, based in Los Angeles. Budzenski brings more than a decade of commercial real estate finance experience at both CBRE and Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, closing on over $1 billion in commercial financing, and advising institutional investors, private equity sponsors, developers and owner-operators on acquisition, refinance, construction and bridge financings across multiple asset classes. 
  • Stretto, a market-leading legal services and technology firm, has launched Stretto Real Estate Services to help legal professionals and fiduciaries manage and execute real-estate dispositions within bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. Terry Rochford, who recently joined Stretto as managing director, will lead the new service offering.  
  • The Kleinfelder Group, Inc., a leading engineering, design, construction management, materials inspection and testing, and environmental professional services firm, announced that Brian Wolf has joined the firm as EVP and East Division director. Based in Connecticut, Wolf will oversee Kleinfelder’s East Division operations and provide leadership on strategic growth, operational excellence and enhanced collaboration across teams. 
  • Colliers announced that the U.S. division of its Engineering segment has acquired Ramos Consulting Services, Inc., a California-based provider of program management, construction management, and engineering services for major public transit projects. The addition of Ramos CS enhances Colliers Engineering’s capabilities in one of the most active transit markets in the U.S.  
  • Zumper, one of the largest privately owned rental marketplaces in North America, today announced the launch of its new rental search app within ChatGPT. The company said the app gives renters the ability to find available homes and access real-time market insights through conversation. 
  • Freddie Mac has recognized WNC Inc. as a Mission Maker and the top Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Rural Syndicator for 2025, underscoring WNC’s leadership in financing affordable rental housing across underserved rural communities. In support of Freddie Mac’s Duty to Serve goals, WNC successfully closed financing on seven mission-driven affordable housing properties in 2025, delivering critical capital in rural markets. 
  • Praxis Solutions and ATTOM have completed a strategic initiative led by Praxis focused on identifying and prioritizing AI-driven growth opportunities that expand and enhance ATTOM’s property data offerings as the company evolves its solutions to deliver greater value for AI-enabled use cases. Through this partnership, Praxis worked closely with ATTOM’s leadership team to evaluate and prioritize opportunities, helping guide how ATTOM is evolving its data, analytics and delivery models to better support machine learning, advanced analytics and emerging AI applications across industries.
